CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY

We do not mark packages as a gift.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Halipax, there will be no refund issued.

Customers are fully responsible to follow the customs clearance procedure and formalities by providing all necessary documents required by customs according to their country's law and regulations to clear their orders.
Halipax takes no responsibility whatsoever for orders being returned to the shipper or abandoned if customer failed to provide the required paperwork in time.
We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.
