INSTRUCTIONS

Charge the device for 2 hours before use making sure it is fully charged.

Open the charging pod and take out the main unit.

Press the Power button for the red light beam to be emitted.

Press both sides of the main unit to adjust the opening distance between the nasal congestion tubes.

Insert and align the two nasal congestion tubes into the nostril.

Make sure that the two microlight sources enter the nasal cavity 1 to 1.5 cm.

The light source will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of use.
- For optimal results use 5 minutes per session 2 to 3 times a day.
