HOW TO USE

Charge the device for 2 hours before first use.

Open the charging pod and remove the main unit.

Press the power button to activate the red light beam.

Adjust the nasal tubes to fit comfortably.

Insert the tubes into the nostrils (1 to 1.5 cm deep).

The light source will turn off automatically after 5 minutes.

For best results, use 2 to 3 times a day for 5 minutes per session.
