In the last 2 months I was diagnosed for a disc herniated. Before using this machine, I had a lower back and left leg pain caused by the compression of a sciatic nerve. The first day I used the machine , I found that I could walk better with less pain in my leg. I started using it twice a day and it was less painful to use. After using it for 2 weeks , I could almost walk without pain ! This massager has been magic for me!

I thought it was crazy to put a strange hard thing under my tender back. But the heat and vibrations really help. I use them with ICE. 15 minutes of SERF BOARD. THEN 15 of ICE. I DO NOT USE THE electrical stimulation. I believe it should only be used under the care of an M.D. keep on Rocking it!

This has been the most delightful discovery. I have experienced a major change from daily pain to very little pain, if at all. I had very painful back pains and I thought this devise would help me. The day after I received it my orthopedic surgeon ask if I could come in for another consultation. After meeting with him and his PA they recommended to operate on me but with another doctor that specialist in pain management. This doctor explained after all other procedures that have not worked he wants to use the HF10 option that is for chronic back injuries accidents that include the nerves. I did open the box and look at the halipx machine but I never got it out of the box nor use it at all. I would appreciate you making a exception in letting me return the machine. The manual does not say how often to use it but I found a video where it mentions to use it 3 or 4 times per week!!!!!!
I have severe sciatica pain that prevents me walking but since using this 3 times per day on Auto Setting Number One I am almost running. It really is that good.

This is not a toy, it is a really effective tool.
If you suffer lumbar pain as I do, 15 minutes 3 times a day using this is device is priceless.
Ensure that you also have a cervical spine contoured pillow for your neck.
Best used on a hard surface floor.
I have a Pilates mat on floating timber floor.
I allow the rise of the lumbar machine to launch me into a sit up stance - and lay back upon its decline. Breathing in on the rise and out on the decline.
While it may sound expensive, it’s not.
It costs less than 3 or 4 physio appointments, and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
More is good - don’t over do it initially.

This is a very unique and amazing device. I have a very bad back. Degenerative disc disease. My mobility and range of motion is compromised and a lot of my life is spent in pain of some degree. I have spent lots of money on gadgets and creams and doctors and chiropractors and massage therapists. Anyone with a bad back knows the drill.. . Lumbartrax stretches my back and guides your movement with air compression. You can relax lying on it and let the machine do the work... I am extremely impressed with this product.
