Slightly small when wrapped around my waist. I wish the control button were better accessed, since they rest against my belly, facing outward, I’m unable to set the device and make changes while it’s on me. Each time I need to make an adjustment in the control pad, I need to remove the entire device.
I've experienced significant relief from nagging pain related to lower back strain when I strap on the Hyperbelt Elite. I've also been pleasantly surprised that recurrence of lower back pain the following day is greatly reduced. Overall, this unit is easy to use and very relaxing. I also appreciate that it's portable, so you are not confined to remaining in one spot during treatment.

From Customer order#37018 After receiving the belt, I tried to use it while I’m still under treatment for my Spinal Stenosis with a Chiropractic Doctor. It's convenient occasionally for helping relieve little pain in the lower back when using at home between 2 treatments. However, the belt is big and is somehow cumbersome and heavy due to the material of the device which is adaptable to the inflatable traction function of it. I wish the manufacturer can improve in the futur, the fabrication of the device with a lighter material to make it more comfortable for the patient who has a small physical body. Wearing this belt (now it’s one size fit all!), I feel that it puts more weight on the gravity sensation that pulls my spine down after using a few hours and may cause more pain and inflammation to the nerves /muscles. Although I am a tall person of 5 feet 5, with slim stature, I already feel tired wearing it more than 2 hours long. It's inconvenient to move around with, mostly if we stand or move around doing light household work; I don't think it will be popular among small people who likes smaller and comfy devices but still offer vibration and heat functions to release the pain. Another important comment is that in the package I received from my order ordered, I expected to receive a Portable Storage Bag or Case as showed and promoted on the Webpage, on the list of the device's items that is very practical for travelling. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any bag/case in the package. I called in 2 weeks ago and have been directed to email to the Customer Services Support requesting one bag/case. Weeks later, when I received a package through the mail, I was so disappointed when I opened it. The decompression belt had costed me more than $150 and the storage bag they sent to me is a very poor "$1 type" waterproof plastic bag with 2 sides strings that we carry on our shoulders as a little backpack going to fitness; the plastic material is a very cheap quality. I wonder if this is coming from a cheap manufacture in China or they don't provide the quality bag/case as promoted and just send me whatever is convenient to them. I think if Halipax continues to operate like: promoting nice picture of device and items included shown on Web page but in reality, Halipax sent to customers cheap quality item that doesn't match with what is promote; this practice will break all the trust from Customers. I will not feel comfortable to refer this device to others. I am deeply disappointed about the customers services as I had been experiencing several errors made inattentively from them. I would appreciate if you could resend me another more quality storage bag/case like the one promoted on the web page to replace the cheap one I just received. Thank you for your attention on this matter.
