I have degenerative disc disease so I purchased this device to ease the pain and soothe the muscle. My therapist says that muscles are less tight since I have started to use cold laser therapy. I hope that it will help with the pain too

I have used this healing product for two months now, 20 minutes x 3 on my neck. I had a serious accident when I was 17 years old and have had heavy pain in my neck and head since then. Now I am 81, and this wonderful equipment stops my aching neck pain immediately by using it in the morning, and the healing last for the rest of my day. Every morning I have to start medical treatment as explained above, and I am 100% sure that this infrared and cold laser-equipment helps me very much. My use of medical painkillers have been reduced about 50%.

My experience with the shipment was pretty good, it came quickly from Germany and I didn't have to pay taxes or customs, the package, although I didn't think it would do anything special, it actually does a lot and is worth the money, the downside is that if it breaks, I don't know if it can be repaired or if i can replace it because when I asked some questions in the service I didn't get any answer....

I was suffering from a serious case of cervical radiculophathy (pinched nerves) which sent sharp pain down my left shoulder and arm. Cortisone shots and physical therapy and neck traction decompression helped to some extend but the pain always came back. After two months, I decided to try red light therapy and bought this hand held halipax unit. After one week of twice daily treatment, all symptoms miraculously disappeared. I am not certain if all other treatment finally worked and that red light was just a coincidence but I am now completely recovered and back to my active life. I will be using the device on a host of other issues to get a more definitive opinion.

After my first unit did not charge, this company stepped up and replaced it with no problem. They asked that I send a short video of the problem. As soon as I did that a new unit was sent to me with no charge to me at all. My son is using this for his neck problems. I’m just a week his pain has shown a significant improvement. This unit is well worth the money. Now I’m need one for my wildlife rehab center. Many of the animals that come into my care have injuries that this will help. Since my center is not funded I have started saving for a unit to use for them.

It seems to work well, probably have to use it for another couple of weeks to really tell, for deeper injuries it probably won't be any kind of quick fix.
The user manual, which is what I looked at before I ordered it , says that it has a "PULSE" function, but it doesn't, only continuous.
If you need PULSE this is not the one for you!

I have been using my hand held laser for about two months now. I use it for localized pain and also for skin tightening which may not be something the company promotes but I find it helps with the cellulite on my thighs and the loose skin on my neck.
It helped my painful shoulder and my husband's knee when he hurt it. I think it's a great device to keep with your medical supplies and devices.

I twisted my knee and it was very painful and swollen but upon using my Dernox Cold Laser Device, the swelling went down and the pain diminished. I have been using it on other parts of my body that are painful, like my upper trapped and you can actually feel the muscles relax. I love my device!

I have been using this device for about a month or so. Normally I use in in the morning for 5 or 10 minutes at power level slightly higher that 50%.
I have been having a non critical pain in my shoulder when I rotate my arm and only in a certain position. Especially it was disturbing when I did a stroke when freestyle swimming.
After one month utilization of the device I feel much better and today I have practically no movement limitations. I plan to continue using it for some more time but even today I feel that I would recommend it as a pain relieve solver.

Halipax healed my toes completely!! I jammed my toes a few weeks ago. I couldn’t walk straight bc of the injury.
After placing it at level 5 for 20 min a few times, the pain is completely gone.
I later hit my knee badly and used Helipax right away. Guess what?! No bruises or anticipated pain.
