HOW TO USE

Apply any conductive gel to the skin (back, waist or abdomen)
Press and pull open the belt, tie it around your waist or abdomen, and make sure it sticks to the skin.
Turn on the power button (Press and hold until it lights up).
Turn on the power button of the remote control (Press once until it lights up).
Use the 'O' or 'M' key to switch massage mode.
'Use the '+' or '-' key to adjust the intensity.
The wave-shaped button on the left adjusts the heat.

*Note:

Be sure to turn on the main body of the massager first, and then turn on the remote control.

The instructions are in Chinese. Without them, the device is no help to me. For example, what does M mean on the controller? Modes? All I can get is a prickling sensation that can become painful. The wave-like symbol I suppose is meant to regulate the heat? Do you have instructions written in clear and informative English? If so, please send them to me. At present, I can't give the device more than one-star rating due the lack of English instructions. If you can supply them, I will evaluate the device again and you can exclude this evaluation

I've had massagers in the past but they have been big bulky things that need to be set up and you have to find the space to store it. This is very small and comes in a nicely packaged box. The belt itself is adjustable and has a wide strap for comfort. It has this funky little round remote control that sits on the top and is held on my magnets. You just slip it off the front and turn it on. You can use this remote control to change the settings which is helpful seeing it is strapped to your back. Loads of different setting to try. I really enjoyed the heating function on top of the massage which was very effective. This is getting lots of use already.
