INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure the device is fully charged.
Fill the Water Injection Tank with water (Mineral water preferred).
Place the mask on your face covering the eyes and adjust the size using the elastic band.
Press the POWER/SPRAY button for 5 seconds to turn the mask ON.
Short press the POWER/SPRAY again to adjust the steam intensity (2 Levels).
Press the HEAT & INTENSITY Function button to turn on the heat.
Adjust the temperature by short-pressing the HEAT & INTENSITY button again (2 Levels).
The device will shut off automatically after 10 minutes of therapy.

I thought the mask would have more massage features, such a vibration, circular massage, or up and down. But it only massages to my temples, then back in. That is all. Pricey for only 2 moves.

I like the features of the eye mask. The improvements would be that it were more comfortable to wear--it is very rigid. I also wish that the I could feel the heating more intensely. Otherwise, it is a good product.

I would not recommend. It stays charged for only one use basically. It’s uncomfortable. Hurts my nose. Pushes in my eyes. And water leaks out while you’re using it. I recommend just a moist warm cloth it’s a lot cheaper and more convenient. It’s not guaranteed either. So, I’m sorry but I can’t find anything positive to say about it.

This product is awesome! My husband has chronic dry eyes that get so bad, he often has blisters under his eyelids. His Eyes almost always hurt him. So when we saw these spa goggles we jumped on them. The first one we received was faulty, but Halifax was great to work with and sent us a new one that worked immediately. He wears them every night before bed and they have definitely helped his eyes retain moisture.
